What it did
LMON originally ran three hiring verticals under one platform: a gig marketplace for freelancers, a Rent-a-Recruiter service for companies that needed hiring help, and an intern matchmaking flow pairing students with opportunities. One account, transparent communication, and personalized matching across all three sides of flexible work.
What we built
We built the three-in-one hiring platform end-to-end - the gig marketplace, the Rent-a-Recruiter service surface, and the intern matchmaking engine. Shared auth, transactions, and messaging across all three verticals so a company could hire full-time, contract, and interns from the same account.
The pivot
LMON has since evolved from the 3-in-1 hiring model into a wellness ecosystem (Live My Own Niche). Our scope covered the original hiring platform.
