These terms govern your use of the Zeroic website at zeroic.in. By visiting the site, reading it, filling in the booking or contact form, or contacting us through any of the channels linked here, you accept these terms.

These are terms for the website itself. When we start actual work together, we sign a separate agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) that governs the engagement. Nothing on this website is a binding offer to perform work.

1. What this website is

Zeroic’s marketing site. It describes our services, starting prices, past work, and how to get in touch. The information is provided on an as-is basis. We try to keep it accurate, but products evolve, prices adjust, and case studies are point-in-time snapshots.

2. Bookings, quotes, and pricing

Prices shown on the website are starting anchors. Actual engagement pricing is set in the signed statement of work, based on scope. A booking made through /book is a request for a conversation, not an accepted engagement. We can decline to work with anyone, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

3. Case studies and client references

The projects shown on /work and the individual project pages are shipped work we did for named clients. Every client on the site consented to being referenced, or the content is drawn from publicly available marketing material about the product. If you are a former or current client and want your reference adjusted or removed, email us and we’ll do it.

4. Intellectual property

The Zeroic name, wordmark, site design, written copy, and code that runs this website are ours. Client logos, product screenshots, and quotes belong to their respective owners and appear here with permission. You may share links to the site, quote short passages with attribution, and reference our work in normal ways. You may not copy or reuse the site’s design or written content for a competing site or commercial purpose without permission.

5. Third-party services embedded here

The site uses Cal.com (booking), Web3Forms (contact form) and Google Fonts. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of them via our site is subject to those.

6. No warranty on advice or content

Nothing on this site is professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice. If we say “we’d rather rethink it with you now than build something that doesn’t”, that is a statement of how we work, not a warranty of outcomes for your situation. Actual outcomes on any engagement are governed by the signed agreement for that work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zeroic is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, or from any information you obtain here. Direct liability, if any, is limited to any amount you may have paid Zeroic in the twelve months preceding the claim, which, for use of this website alone, is zero.

8. Your responsibilities

• Use the site legally and in good faith.
• Don’t attempt to break, scrape aggressively, or overload the site.
• Don’t use the site to impersonate anyone or submit false information via our forms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this website will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India, unless required otherwise by the mandatory law of your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
